Who is The Legion?

Since Super 8 2015 people have been trying to figure out who The Legion actually is. Or are. Or whatever.

So far we've seen a number a various Legion members but only two have ever been identified; Nemesis and Ulcio.

Back in 2015 Dick Chambers made a comment about CCW Chairman Mason Tombs' past retuning to haunt him... So lets take a look at possible members of The Legion -

Dick Chambers (1/1000)

Since we've seen both Ulcio, Nemesis and various other Legion members along side Chambers it would make sense that he is not one of the masked members behind The Legion. However he obiviously has close ties with the group and I personally would not rule out him being the brains behind the operation.

Danny Valentine (1/300)

Danny Valentine has been rumoured to make an imminent return to CCW. However he has had minimal run ins or exposure with the CCW Chairman, which does not make him a likely agressor for Tombs.

Lucas James/Jimmy Vanquish (1/500)

The pair both took place in the CCW Trainee Battle Royale back in 2012, Vanquish even defeated Tombs in 2013 and Lucas James took place in various matches between 2012 and 2013. But why would they want to take out the Chairman... No one knows.

Union Jack (1/1,000,000)

This would be a very popular choice, however since he has a lifetime CCW ban, I wouldn't bet on it.

Tommy Hayden (1/10)

This man seems the most likely choice. Tombs had seen off both the Golden Embassy and the Sons of Silence during his reign as Chairman, and Hayden was involved in both groups. If anyone has reason to attempt to take Tombs out of CCW then I'd put money on Hayden.
